CAMPING AVAILABLE NOW


Site Address
Robin Hill Country Park, Newport, Isle of Wight PO30 2NU.
Camping area is located next to the main arena, behind the pond. the camping area will be only accessible to people with camping wristbands.. Please print out or show your Price is Wight camping voucher. This will allow you access to the camping area where you can pitch your tent.
Campsite Open Times
Campers will be able to access the site form 8am, please make sure you have your Camping voucher printed and clearly visible on arrival. you will then be asked to park in a holding area while you collect your wristbands and then directed on to the camp site.
Vehicles access to the campsite will be restricted to the following:
Saturday 8am - 10:30am
Sunday 8am - 10:30am
We will have a one way access to site after these times, but please be aware once you car is on site after 10:30 we ask that it remains here until we reopen the site traffic the next morning at 8am.

Arrival Times
Campers with a valid ticket will be able to access the campsite from 8am on each day of the festival.

Campsite Parking
Parking on the campsite is permitted and will be directed by the marshals, please park where directed and then you have a very short walk to your pitch. Cars parked after 11:am will not be able to leave the site till the following morning (8am) unless you ask direction form one of the marshals. if you wanted to leave your car in the top carpark, you can do so but please make sure you have done this prior to 11am each morning.

Pitch Allocations
Pitch allocations will be given by the marshals, so please keep to your designated area.

A max of 4 people are permitted per pitch.
Campervans
Camper vans are permitted with a valid camping pass. Unfortunately, we do not have power hook ups at this time. This may change, but there will be additional charges for power. Please email info@warriorfestiow.uk for more information if you do require power and we can take a look at requirements for you.

Site Rules
BBQ’s and any open fires are not permitted in any area of the festival.
Please respect other campers and keep all noise down to a minimum. No loud music will not be permitted in the campsite.

Toilets and showers are provided, please help to keep these clean.
​
Leaving Site
All campers need to be off site by 11am on the Monday – this is a 2-night camping event only.
Please use bins provided or take you rubbish with you.
Please don’t leave any camping equipment. TAKE YOUR TENT WITH YOU.


Food & Drink
Onsite catering facilities will be open from 8am Sunday.
We try to accommodate for all tastes and datary requirements and help support local businesses, so we ask that you don’t bring food or alcoholic drinks into the festival arena. Water in sealed bottles will be allowed. Some bag searches will be carried out to insure this is met.
If you are camping you are permitted to have your own food and drink in the camp site only. BBQ’s are not permitted
Security
Security will be on-site all night
Random Bag searches will be carried out to look for any items that are not permitted into the festival arena and campsite. This are as follow:

Any of the items above found will be removed and will be disposed of.
Anyone found with illegal substances with be removed from the festival, and tickets cancelled with no refund.

Pets
Although this is a family event, we have taken the decision to not permit pets into the arena, this is for the safety of everyone including your furry friends. They are however permitted in the main campsite only if you have a safe and secure place to leave them. No pets to be left in cars or tents at the campsite.
