Parking for Warrior Festival is charged at £5 per vehicle, and on arrival you will be directed to a designated parking space within the parking field. Once parked it is only a short walk to the arena. please make sure you have printed and have the Price is Wight voucher clearly visible for the parking attendants, they will direct you to the car park. once parked, please make your way to the ticket office and collect your wristbands.

Disabled Parking
We have designated disabled parking spaces that are close to the entrance for easy access. Parking will only be permitted in this area with a valid Blue Badge. There is easy access to the arena. anyone needed assistance getting to the festival field, will need to let the marshal know, as we have a shuttle that will help. you will still need a valid parking pass displayed

Campers
Anyone with a valid camping pass will need to display or show the passes on arrival and you will be directed to your pitch, this includes Camper vans and Caravans. Only 1 car is permitted per pitch. Any other vehicles will need to be parked in the main car park.

On arrival you will be asked to show your ticket/vouchers which will be exchanged for your wristbands. If you require to purchase additional wristbands you can do so at the entrance, please remember these are limited.
Security
The following item will not be permitted into the arena, and bag searches will be carried out.

· Smoke canisters
· Knives
· Illegal substances
· Legal Highs
· Nitrous Oxide
· Laser pens
· Megaphones
· Fireworks
· Flares
· BBQ’s
· Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs)
· Any items which may be used as a weapon
Any of the items above found will be removed and will be disposed of.
Anyone found with illegal substances with be removed from the festival, and tickets cancelled with no refund.


We try to accommodate for all tastes and dietary requirements and also help support local businesses, therefore only food and beverages (alcoholic/non alcoholic) purchased on the premises can be consumed.
Water in sealed bottles, snacks for the little ones and baby food/formula is aloud into the Park.
If you are camping you are permitted to have your own food and drink in the camp site, but not permitted in the park.
BBQ’s and any open fires are not permitted in any area of the festival, including the campsite.

Camping style chairs, ground rugs & inflatable seating are allowed on-site, but please be respectful and not place them too close to the stage as people will want to dance. If security feel you are too close you will be asked to move back. There is plenty of room for both.


Although this is a family event, we have taken the decision to not permit pets into the arena, this is for the safety of everyone including your furry friends. They are however permitted in the main campsite only if you have a safe and secure place to leave them. No pets to be left in cars or tents at the campsite.
