PARKINGParking for Warrior Festival is charged at £7.50 per vehicle and must be booked in advance. On arrival, you will be directed to a designated parking space within the parking field. Once parked it is only a short walk to the arena. Please make sure you have printed and have the Price is Wight voucher clearly visible for the parking attendants, they will direct you to the car park. Once parked, please make your way to the ticket office and collect your wristbands. Disabled Parking We have designated disabled parking spaces that are close to the entrance for easy access. Parking will only be permitted in this area with a valid Blue Badge. There is easy access to the arena. Anyone who needs assistance getting to the festival field will need to let the marshal know, as we have a shuttle that will help. You will still need a valid parking pass displayed Campers Anyone with a valid camping pass will need to display or show the passes on arrival and you will be directed to your pitch, this includes Camper vans and Caravans. Only 1 car is permitted per pitch. Any other vehicles will need to be parked in the main car park.

FOOD & DRINKWe try to accommodate for all tastes and dietary requirements and also help support local businesses, therefore only food and beverages (alcoholic/non alcoholic) purchased on the premises can be consumed. Water in sealed bottles, snacks for the little ones, and baby food/formula are allowed into the Park. If you are camping, you are permitted to have your own food and drink in the campsite, but not permitted in the park. BBQs and any open fires are NOT permitted in any area of the festival, including the campsite.

CHAIRSCamping style chairs, ground rugs & inflatable seating are allowed on-site, but please be respectful and not place them too close to the stage as people will want to dance. If security feel you are too close you will be asked to move back. There is plenty of room for both.

BANNED ITEMSThe following items will not be permitted into the arena, and bag searches will be carried out. · Glass · Candles · Smoke canisters · Knives · Illegal substances · Legal Highs · Nitrous Oxide · Laser pens · Megaphones · Fireworks · Flares · BBQ’s · Animals (other than registered guide or hearing dogs) · Any items that may be used as a weapon Any of the items above found will be removed and disposed of. Anyone found with illegal substances with be removed from the festival, and tickets cancelled with no refund.

PETSThough this is a family event, we have taken the decision to not permit pets and dogs into the arena, this is for the safety of everyone including your furry friends. They are however permitted in the main campsite only if you have a safe and secure place to leave them. No pets to be left in cars or tents at the campsite.

CAMPSITE OPEN TIMESCampsite Open Times Campers will be able to access the site form 8am, please make sure you have your Camping voucher printed and clearly visible on arrival. you will then be asked to park in a holding area while you collect your wristbands and then directed on to the camp site. Vehicles access to the campsite will be restricted to the following: Saturday 8am - 10:30am Sunday 8am - 10:30am We will have a one way access to site after these times, but please be aware once you car is on site after 10:30 we ask that it remains here until we reopen the site traffic the next morning at 8am. Arrival Times Campers with a valid ticket will be able to access the campsite from 8am on each day of the festival.

PITCH ALLOCATIONSHow does camping work at Warrior? When you book one camping ticket, you are securing one pitch allocation. Each pitch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and must fit into one of the following setups: One or two tents (with up to 4 people in total between the tents) OR one camper van (with up to 4 people inside) 🚫 You cannot combine tents and a camper van on a single pitch. 🚫 You cannot exceed 4 people per pitch. All pitch locations will be assigned on arrival by our marshals — please stick to your allocated area to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone. Examples of one pitch allocation: One tent with 1–4 people Two tents with a total of 1–4 people One camper van with 1–4 people 🎟️ Ready to book your camping pitch? SITE RULESBBQ’s and any open fires are not permitted in any area of the festival. Please respect other campers and keep all noise down to a minimum. No loud music will not be permitted in the campsite. Toilets and showers are provided, please help to keep these clean. Leaving Site All campers need to be off site by 11am on the Monday – this is a 2-night camping event only. Please use bins provided or take you rubbish with you. GLAMPINGFancy Glamping? You are in luck! We have teamed up with Eve's Tipis, based on the Isle of Wight, to be able to offer you the opportunity to camp under the stars in an authentically constructed tipi, designed in the style of the Sioux tipis of North America. About Eve's Tipis Eve and her crew have been providing tipi accommodation for the past 20 years for festivals, private parties, weddings and corporate events and they welcome you to the Tipi experience! They will also be offering Bell Tents in various sizes. Both tipis and bell tents come with a basic furnishing pack and can be booked with or without bedding. Sustainability Living in and working from our beautiful Island, we believe in sustainability, recycling and promoting the well-being of wildlife. Our poles are obtained locally where possible, but always from responsibly managed woodlands and our pegs are made by a rural family business. Everything possible is recycled, with offcuts of wood being used for our woodburners and sawdust being used in compost toilets. Some of our tipis are made in house, others come from a small business in Cornwall and some are imported from America. Woodlands Campsite Situated in a peaceful area of the campsite, with showers and toilets close by, this is a idea place to relax and recharge. CHILDREN UNDER 1m in height go FREE!
We still require you to purchase a ticket and collect a wristband on the gate.
Tickets for children aged up to 12, can be purchased. If you want to order child tickets, please add these to your booking at the point of purchase. Please be aware that all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is aged 18 or over.
